This Privacy Policy explains how Shiver Software LLC collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information in connection with Momentum FSM, including starservice.com, app.starservice.com, customer portals, APIs, iOS applications, Android applications, and related services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account information, business information, customer records, contact information, service history, invoices, estimates, uploaded files, communications, support requests, device information, browser information, IP addresses, analytics data, and diagnostic information.
3. Information Provided by Service Providers
Service providers may store customer names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, service records, notes, invoices, estimates, schedules, photographs, videos, documents, contracts, and other information necessary to operate their businesses.
4. Information from End Customers
End customers may access portals or applications provided by service providers. We may process information submitted by end customers on behalf of the applicable provider.
5. AI-Related Processing
Information submitted to AI-assisted features may be processed by third-party AI providers acting on behalf of Shiver Software LLC. AI outputs may be generated using submitted content and business data.
6. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the platform, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, provide customer portals, generate invoices and estimates, facilitate communications, provide AI-assisted functionality, improve services, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable, processing may be based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent, or other lawful grounds.
8. Communications
We may facilitate transactional emails, notifications, reminders, and other communications. Service providers are responsible for obtaining legally required consents from recipients.
9. Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe and connected Stripe accounts. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers. Payment information is subject to the applicable payment processor's privacy practices.
10. Sharing of Information
We may share information with hosting providers, infrastructure providers, analytics vendors, communication vendors, AI providers, payment processors, professional advisors, legal authorities, and service providers as necessary to operate the platform.
11. No Sale of Personal Information
Shiver Software LLC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Certain disclosures may constitute sharing under applicable privacy laws.
12. Data Ownership
Service providers retain ownership of business and customer data submitted to the platform. Users grant us a limited license to process such information solely for providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the services.

We may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, analytics technologies, and similar tools to authenticate users, remember preferences, measure performance, and improve functionality.

This policy applies to Momentum FSM mobile applications and customer-facing mobile applications. Mobile applications may collect device identifiers, operating system information, crash reports, and application diagnostics.

17. Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and operate the business. Following account termination, data may be retained for up to ninety (90) days before deletion.

Information may be processed in jurisdictions different from the user's location. By using the platform, users consent to such transfers where permitted by law.

Momentum FSM is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children.

The platform may integrate with third-party services including Stripe, AI providers, communication providers, hosting providers, app stores, and analytics vendors. Use of those services may be governed by separate policies.

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted through the platform and become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
